EliteNet provides smart home setup, IT support, and networking services. We offer guidance, configuration, troubleshooting, and on-demand support. Certain installations or electrical work may require a licensed contractor. It is your responsibility to ensure that any devices or services comply with local laws and regulations.


2. Use of Website

You may use our website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

  • Attempt to disrupt or interfere with the website.

  • Use the website for fraudulent or illegal purposes.

  • Collect data from the website without permission.


3. Service Appointments

All services are provided on a pay-by-call basis unless otherwise agreed in writing. We reserve the right to decline service if it falls outside our scope of expertise or licensing. Appointment times are estimates and may change due to unforeseen circumstances.


4. Payment

Payment is due at the time services are rendered unless a different arrangement is made in writing. We accept cash or credit/debit card payments. We do not accept checks at this time.


5. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to provide reliable and safe services, EliteNet is not liable for:

  • Damage to devices or property not caused by our negligence.

  • Issues resulting from pre-existing conditions, third-party services, or hardware malfunctions.

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of      our services.


6. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.


7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of EliteNet or its licensors.  Third-party logos displayed on our site represent the brands and products we work with and are used for informational and promotional purposes only. These logos remain the property of their respective owners, and their inclusion does not imply sponsorship or endorsement beyond the context of our services. You may not copy, reproduce, or use any content or logos without the express written permission of the owner. 


8. Modifications

We reserve the right to update or change these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of the new terms.


9. Limitation of Liability  

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of connectivity, loss of functionality, business interruption, or property damage resulting from the use of our services or third-party products. Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the total amount paid for the service in question. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so portions of this clause may not apply in those situations.


10. Product Recall Policy

We do not manufacture smart home or networking products; however, we may sell, provide, or assist customers with third-party equipment as part of our services. In the event that a manufacturer or regulatory agency issues a recall or safety notice for a product we have supplied or installed, we will make reasonable efforts to notify affected customers using the contact information provided at the time of service.

Upon notification, customers are responsible for following the manufacturer’s recall instructions, including returning, disconnecting, replacing, or otherwise addressing the affected product. We are not responsible for defects, damages, or liabilities related to recalled products, and any remedies, refunds, or replacements are subject to the manufacturer’s policies. We will assist customers in understanding and accessing manufacturer recall procedures where practicable.


11. Brand & Vendor Disclaimer

Any third-party trademarks, logos, brand names, or product images displayed on our site or referenced in our marketing materials are the property of their respective owners. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially partnered with any product manufacturer or service provider unless explicitly stated. References to brands are for identification purposes only, to indicate systems and devices we have experience working with.


12. Scope of Services Disclaimer (Non-Licensed Work)

We provide smart home setup, networking services, device configuration, and technology consulting. We do not perform electrical work, structured wiring that legally requires licensed electricians, or any services requiring an electrical, systems contractor, or S-license under Massachusetts law. Where licensed work is required, we can collaborate with or refer qualified licensed professionals. By using our services, you acknowledge that certain installation tasks may fall outside our legal scope of work and agree that licensed trades may be required.


13. Warranty Disclaimer

We do not manufacture smart home or networking products. Any hardware, devices, or equipment provided or recommended by us are covered solely by the original manufacturer’s warranties, if applicable. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding third-party products, including without limitation warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or performance.

All product defects, failures, or malfunctions are the responsibility of the product manufacturer. We may assist customers in contacting the manufacturer for warranty support when possible, but we do not guarantee outcomes or assume liability for repair, replacement, shipping, or refund related to third-party equipment.

Our services are provided “as-is” and “as available.” While we strive to deliver optimal results, network performance, device integration, and smart home functionality may depend on factors outside our control, including internet service provider performance, customer-owned equipment, home construction, wireless interference, or changes to third-party software or platforms.


14. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Any disputes will be handled in the courts located in Bristol County, Massachusetts.

Return and Refund Policy

At EliteNet, we strive to provide high-quality services and products that meet your expectations. Please read our return and refund policy carefully.


1. Services

All services are billed on a pay-by-call or per-appointment basis. Because our work is performed on-site or remotely and involves setup, configuration, and troubleshooting, services are generally non-refundable once completed.

If you are unsatisfied with a service, please contact us within 7 days. We will review the issue and work with you to resolve it, which may or may not include troubleshooting, reconfiguration, or additional support at no extra charge.


2. Products

If you purchase products (such as smart devices or networking equipment) directly through us:

  • Products must be returned in original, unopened packaging within 7 days     of purchase for a refund.

  • Refunds for opened or installed products may be issued at our discretion, minus      any restocking fees.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.


3. Damaged or Defective Items

If a product is received damaged or defective, please notify us within 7 days. We will arrange for a replacement or refund after verifying the issue.

5. Exceptions

  • Custom configurations or software installations are non-refundable.

  • Services performed by third-party contractors are non-refundable.
